TA _ IMPLEMENTASI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PROJECT BASED LEARNING BERBANTUAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN PADA PEMBELAJARAN IPA UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR KRITIS PESERTA DIDIK
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta
didik setelah penerapan model Project Based Learning berbantuan media pembelajaran. Penelitian ini
menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain one group pretest-posttest design. Populasi penelitia
adalah seluruh kelas IV SD Inpres Oebesa yang berjumlah 63 orang dan sampel adalah kelas IVA
sebanyak 25 peserta didik. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu non
probability sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu teknik observasi, wawancara
dan tes. Tes yang dilakukan berupa soal uraian sebanyak 20 nomor untuk mengetahui tingkat
kemampuan peserta didik dengan penggunaan model Project Based Learning berbantuan media
pembelajaran. Analisis data menggunakan uji t satu sampel serta uji normalitas dan uji releabilitas
sebagai uji prasyarat. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa nilai ????ℎ???????????????????? = 11.583 lebih besar dari
????????????????????????= 1.710 pada taraf signifikansi 0,05,terbukti bahwa terdapat perbedaan signifikan nilai rata-rata
pre-test yaitu 59,48% dan post-test yaitu 80% di kelas IV. Nilai N-Gain yang diperoleh yaitu 0,69,
maka besar peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik berkriteria sedang, yang menunjukan
bahwa model Project Based Learning berbantuan media pembelajaran cukup efektif dalam membantu
meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the improvement in students' critical thinking skills after the
implementation of the Project Based Learning model assisted by learning media. This study used a
quantitative method with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The research population was all 63
students from grade IV of SD Inpres Oebesa, and the sample were 25 students from grade IVA. The
sampling technique used in this study was non-probability sampling. Data collection techniques used
were observation, interviews, and tests. The test consisted of 20 essay questions to determine the level
of students' abilities with the use of Project Based Learning model assisted by learning media. Data
analysis used a one-sample t-test, as well as normality and reliability tests as prerequisite tests. The
results of the analysis show that the value of
????ℎ???????????????????? = 11.583 is greater than
???????????????????????? = 1.710 at a
significance level of 0.05, proving that there is a significant difference in the average pre-test was
59.48% and post-test was 80% in class IV. The N-Gain value obtained was 0.69, so the increase in
students' critical thinking abilities is categorized as moderate, which indicate that Project Based
Learning model assisted by learning media is quite effective in improve students' critical thinking
abilities.
